The cost will be $7.90 per pound based on dressed (hanging) weight.
The majority of our half hogs will have a dressed weight ranging from 90 - 110 lbs. dressed
This pricing includes standard cutting, smoking, sausage making, wrapping & freezing. Only requiring the customer to pick up their finished product!!

Roasts 16.25 lbs
Smoked Hams 10.25 lb
Smoked Bacons 8.375 lbs

Lard 10 Quarts
Pricing for items individually would = $893.42
Buying a half hog would = $711.00 savings $182.42
